During the past nine years, I have worked with Zoellner Construction Co., Inc. on several large projects for the university, including: Renovation of the Perryville Higher Education Center, renovation of Towers South & Towers East dormitories (12 floors), construction of a riverfront park with walking trails, signage, and a gazebo, renovation of 3 chemistry laboratories, renovation of 2 physics laboratories and an equipment room, installation of fire sprinklers, fire alarm, lighting, and ceilings in Myers Hall, a five-floor dormitory, and construction of a new 11,500 SF building for the treatment of autism. The work included all disciplines of construction: demolition, grading, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, etc. When Zoellner is awarded one of my projects, it gives me a sense of relief because I know that the project will be run smoothly. I know that the project will be done on schedule and that on any issues that are encountered during construction, they will work with the university to suggest solutions that are viable and economically feasible. I anticipate using them to complete many future projects and am hopeful that they choose to continue their working relationship with the university. Sincerely, Lisa A.
