  Qualifications:  Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction Management/Technology, or management of any type. 5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.                                                      

• Rental Superintendant

          Must be good with people, learn quickly and be willing to work extra on a salary            pay. This job will require some experience in household maintenance.

• Maintenance and Shop Manager

          This job entails taking care of the shop and maintaining all equipment and tools.
